Proper brunch, in a room worth sitting in.

We’re a small independent kitchen in the middle of East Kilbride Shopping Centre. Everything comes off our own pass — eggs poached to order, bread toasted when you order it, coffee made by someone who cares how it tastes.

  • Gluten free Marked right through the menu, not one sad option at the bottom of it — breakfasts, benedicts, burgers, pasta, most of the fries.
  • Brunch till noon Full Scottish, benedicts, french toast and morning rolls from 9. Lunch takes over at 12.
  • All day bagels Bacon & hash, avo & halloumi, or the Scotsman — haggis, potato scone, fried egg and chilli jam. £8.95, whenever.

The new place

Light, terrazzo and a very good chair.

We built the new room to be somewhere you’d actually want to stay an hour. Big windows, proper coffee kit, and armchairs at the front for when you just want a flat white and a sit down.
